Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je motivace dospělých k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání. Zabývá se problematikou vzdělávání dospělých, profesnímu vzdělávání, motivací a bariérami ve vzdělávání. The main theme of the thesis is to motivate adults for further professional training. It deals with issues of adult education, professional training, motivation and barriers in education.
