Legal regulation of limited liability company in Czech legislation
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo provedení analýzy stávající právní úpravy společnosti s ručením omezeným po provedení rekodifikace soukromého práva. Dílčím cílem práce bylo provedení komparace s předchozí právní úpravou kapitálových společností. Po představení společnosti s ručením omezeným se další kapitoly zabývají problémy jako jsou základní kapitál, vklad, podíl, valná hromada a jednatelé.
Abstract:
The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the existing legal regulation of limited liability company after the recodification of the private law. A partial objective of the thesis was to perform a comparison with the previous legal regulation of capital companies.
