Abstract:
První část práce pojednává o dolování z dat, především z dat grafového typu. Dále je podán přehled metod pro dolování z grafů, na základě kterého jsou vybrány tři metody. Následuje popis těchto metod a popis dat použitých pro testování. Vybrané metody jsou na základě výsledků testování na zvolených datech porovnány a je pojednáno o jejich výhodách a nevýhodách.
Abstract:
The first part deals with data mining, mainly mining graph data. The next section gives an overview of methods for mining graphs, under which the three methods are selected. This thesis also describes these methods and data used for testing. Selected methods are compared on the basis of the results of testing on the selected data and it is discussed their advantages and disadvantages.
