The diploma thesis is devoted to the creation of the author's book, which is intended for children of preschool and school age. The aim of the author's book is to introduce the ecological problems and the life of the small creature Gast (Canthigaster valentini) in the ocean. Diplomová práca sa venuje tvorbe autorskej knihy, ktorá je určená deťom predškolského a školského veku. Cieľom autorskej knihy je priblíženie ekologických problémov a život malého tvora Gasta (Canthigaster valentini) v oceáne. Autorská kniha má jednoduchší príbeh zachytený v texte a ilustráciách.
