Abstract:
Cílem předkládané práce je kritické zhodnocení právní úpravy dohod o finančním zajištění v právním řádu České republiky, jejíž předobraz tvoří směrnice 2002/47/EC. V úvodní kapitole jsou zachyceny základní principy směrnice jakožto interpretační východiska národní právní úpravy. Abstract:
The goal of the presented thesis is to critically evaluate legislation concerning financial collateral arrangements under the Czech law. The base of those regulations is Directive 2002/47/EC (Financial Collateral Directive) and the first chapter of this thesis describes its basic principles as well as the interpretative fundamentals of the national legislation.
