Abstract:
Kurz Struktura a dynamika nukleových kyselin se věnuje struktuře a s ní související funkci nukleových kyselin. Tato diplomová práce rozšiřuje výuku předmětu ve dvou směrech. Prvním je doplnění stávajícího cyklu přednášek o nové téma RNA-protein interakce. Druhým je vypracování testových otá-zek ke zkoušce. Ty se tematicky dotýkají celého kurzu. Structure and Dynamics of Nucleic Acids course is dedicated to structure and coupled function of nucleic acids. This diploma thesis expands the course in two directions. First is an addition of a new topic of RNA-protein interactions to the current set of lectures. Second is a creation of test ques-tions for examination. These thematically cover the whole course.
