Témou tejto bakalárskej práce je „Analýza článku 7 odst. 1 Nariadenia Brusel Ibis“. Nariadenie sa zaoberá príslušnosťou a uznávaním a výkonom rozsudkov v občianskych a obchodných veciach. Článok 7 tohto nariadenia upravuje alternatívnu príslušnosť. Úvod práce charakterizuje Nariadenie Brusel Ibis a jeho aplikačné predpoklady a definuje pojem príslušnosť.
