Recycling Photography

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou metody recyklace fotografie v umění.Recyklací je míněno užívání přejatých fotografií a jejich použití jako materiálu přitvorbě nového uměleckého díla. Metoda je zde rozebírána na příkladu díla umělceChristiana Boltanskiho, který ji používá soustavně od konce 60. let až dosoučasnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes the method of recycling photography in art. Recycling is meantas usage of appropriated photos as a material to produce new work of art.The method is examined on the example of artist Christian Boltanski, who has beenusing this method consistently from 60's up to the present day.
