In this thesis I deal with the possibility of opening Dining Václavka in Prague and the subsequent development of the pilot concept in the Czech Republic by franchising. Theoretical part focuses on franchising as a modern form of business, analytical part consists of an analysis of micro and macro environment, analysis of the marketing mix and the financial plan for the intended concept.
