Traffic accidents caused by drivers under the influence of alcohol within the Ostrava region in past 5 years
Abstract:
Tato bakalářské práce se věnuje řidičům, kterým byla při dopravních nehodách na území Ostravska v letech 2011 až 2015 prokázána přítomnost alkoholu. Zahrnuje právní úpravu dopravních nehod, vysvětlení základních pojmů, statistiku a analýzu dopravních nehod, zaměřenou na porovnání zavinění a nezavinění dopravních nehod řidiči pod vlivem alkoholu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with drivers participating at traffic accidents while being under the influence of alcohol in the area of the city of Ostrava in years 2011 - 2015. It also includes legislation of traffic accidents, explanation of basic terms, statistics, and an analysis of traffic accidents focused on a comparison of causing and not-causing traffic accidents by drivers under the influence …more
