Nullity of Administrative Act
Abstract:
Nicotnost správních aktů je důsledkem nejzávažnější vadnosti správních aktů. Již z jazykového obsahu tohoto pojmu vyplývá, že podstatou tohoto pojmu je právní nulita, neexistence předmětného správního aktu v jeho právních následcích.
Abstract:
Nullity of Administrative Act is the most serious consequence of the defective nature of administrative acts. It has a linguistic content of this term implies that essence of this concept is a legal nullity, lack of the administrative act in its legal consequences.
