This dissertation is dedicated to novel "Königreich der Schatten" and children´s book "Mathilda will zu den Sternen" by eminent Austrian writer with Czech roots Michael Stavarič. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze románu "Königreich der Schatten" a dětské knihy "Mathilda will zu den Sternen" současného významného a literárně velmi oceňovaného rakouského autora českého původu Michaela Stavariče.
