Abstract:

BABIŠOVÁ, Iveta: Public administration and its importance to the business [Bachelor thesis]. College of Banking in Prague, foreign university Banska Bystrica. Department of Economics, pricing, social sciences and law. Supervisor: Mgr. Marian Korytiak, Defended: 2015. Pages: 64. The aim of this thesis is to describe the legislative conditions and possibilities of public administration to promote the business. To assess the current status of state support for business promotion. Propose few options for improving them. The first chapter deals about the public administration of the Slovak Republic. Its definition, systems and financing. The second chapter focuses on the economic role of our country. Economic policy, its objectives as well as monetary and fiscal policy. The third chapter contains legislative conditions for doing business in our country. Analyzes business environment. Describes selected supports and programs, provided by the State as support for entrepreneurship.

Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Marian Korytiak, Rok obhajoby: 2015. Počet strán: 64. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je popísať legislatívne podmienky a možnosti verejnej správy pre podporu podnikania. Zhodnotiť aktuálny stav podpory štátu pre podporu podnikania. Navrhnúť možnosti na ich zlepšenie. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá verejnou správou SR. Jej definíciou, systémom a financovaním. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na ekonomickú úlohu nášho štátu. Hospodársku politiku, jej ciele ako aj na monetárnu a fiškálnu politiku štátu. Tretia kapitola obsahuje legislatívne podmienky pre podnikaniu u nás. Analyzuje podnikateľské prostredie. Opisuje vybrané podpory a programy, ktoré poskytuje štát ako podpory pre podnikanie.
