Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo overiť vplyv rôznych podmienok pri príprave tlačovej formy na jej vlastnosti a výslednú kvalitu tampónovej tlače. V teoretickej časti práce je popísaná história tampónovej tlače, princíp tlače, typy tlačových foriem s ich prípravou. Ďalej je venovaná pozornosť vlastnostiam tampónu a rôznym druhom tlačových strojov pre tampónovú tlač. V experimentálnej časti bol hodnotený vplyv doby osvitu a hustoty technologického rastru na vlastnosti tlačovej formy a kvalitu tlače. Boli použité dva typy klišé vymývateľné vodou a liehom. Tlač bola prevedená na dva typy materiálov na kancelársky papier a na polymérnu dosku. K hodnoteniu vlastností a kvality tlačovej formy bola použitá optická mikroskopia, denzitometria a profilometria. V záverečnej časti práce sú zhrnuté výsledky, ktoré boli získané pri skúmaní výtlačkov tampónovej tlače.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor work was to verify effects of different conditions during the preparation of printing plates on its properties and the resulting quality of pad printing. The theoretical part of the paper describes the history of pad printing, printing principle, types of printing forms including their preparation. The attention is futher paid to properties of the tampon and different types of printing machines for pad printing. In the experimental section, the effect of exposure time and density of grid technology on properties of the printing plate and print quality were evalueted. There were two types of clichés used: washed out with water and alcohol. The printing was realised on two types of materials: on a plain paper and polymer plate. In order to evaluate characteristics and the quality of the printing plate optical microscopy, densitometry, and profilometry were used. The final part of the paper summarizes results which were obtained during the examination of pad printing copies. KEYWORDS pad print plate, pad print, exposure time, quality
