Bakalářské práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u dozorců a strážných Vězeňské služby České republiky. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, přičemž první kapitola se věnuje definici syndromu vyhoření, jeho historii, vývoji a diagnostice. The bachelor's thesis deals with burnout syndrome in prison guards and guards of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, the first chapter of which deals with the definition of burnout syndrome, its history, development and diagnosis.
