Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice krizového managementu na regionální úrovni specificky spolupráci mezi firmou Teplárny Brno a. s. a městem Brnem – Odboru obrany Magistrátu města Brna. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat jak funguje krizový managementem firmy a jak se promítá do celkového fungování Brna. Pro popsání krizového managementu je v práci využit čtyřfázový přístup D. Coppoly.

This thesis deals with the issue of crisis management at the regional level, specifically cooperation between the company Teplárny Brno a. s. and the city of Brno - Department of Defense Brno City Hall. The main objective is to describe the workings of the crisis management of the company and how it translates into the overall functioning of Brno.
