V této práci se zabývám projektovým řízení v hotelovém sektoru. Hlavním předmětem projektu je outsourcing úklidových služeb hotelu XY. V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám sestavením plánu projektu a navržení správného postupu pro realizaci outsourcování úklidových služeb hotelu. In the final thesis I analyse project management in the hotel industry. The main objective of a project is the outsourcing of cleaning services of the hotel. In the final thesis I make the plan of the project and suggestion of the process of realisation of outsourcing.
