Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá univerzalitou lidských práv s ohledem na práva žen. Práce nejprve objasňuje základní pojmy lidských a ženských práv. V jejím úvodu jsou vyložena teoretická východiska a teoretické přístupy k lidským právům. Dále se práce zabývá také právními zdroji lidských a ženských práv. This submitted thesis deals with the universality of human rights while focusing on women's rights. The thesis first clarifies the basic concepts of human and women's rights. In the introduction theoretical background and theoretical approaches to human rights are explained. The thesis also deals with legal sources of human and women's rights.
