Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo stanovit hladiny reziduí vybraných léčiv acetaminofenu, diklofenaku, gabapentinu, ibuprofenu a metforminu ve vybraných částech rostliny Solanum lycopersicum pěstované v půdě. Rezidua léčiv byla stanovena UHPLC – MS/MS analýzou, v metanolických extraktech z kořene, spodního a vrchního listu a plodu. Metanolické extrakty byly zhotoveny pomocí mikrovlnné extrakce. Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine the levels of residues of selected pharmaceuticals acetaminophen, diclofenac, gabapentin, ibuprofen, and metformin, in selected parts of the Solanum lycopersicum plant grown in soil.
