Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Cheb. Jejím cílem je přiblížit územní samosprávné celky, jejich financování a provést analýzu finančního hospodaření města. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku územních samosprávných celků, jejich orgánů a činností. Dále se zabývá rozpočtem, jeho procesem a strukturou. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the financial management of the town Cheb. Its purpose is to describe local governments, their financing and analyze the financial management of the city. The theoretical part contains descriptions of the local governments, their institutions and activities. It also deals with budget, its process and structure.
