Examination of a person under the age of 15 years (criminal and forensic aspects)
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na výslech osoby mladší patnácti let a popisuje právní úpravu, která se vztahuje na tento typ výslechu. Je důležité tyto právní normy přesně dodržet, protože jejich porušení by znamenalo nepoužitelnost výslechu. Práce je také zaměřena na zvláštnosti výslechu dětí.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on interrogation of the person under the age of fifteen and describes the legislation that applies to this type of interrogation. It is important to follow precisely these legal norms, because their violation would mean the inapplicability of interrogation. This work is also focused on the peculiarities of the interrogation of children.
