Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zaměřuje v teoretické části obecnou problematikou agenturního zaměstnávání včetně jejího vymezení v právní oblasti. V praktické části se potvrzuje hypotéza, že kmenový zaměstnanec je produktivnější než zaměstnanec agentury práce, na základě dat poskytnutých ze společnosti Gebauer a Griller Kabeltechnik, spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

The Graduate Thesis is in the theory part focused on general issues of agency employment including their definition in the law area. The practical part confirm the hypothesis that the core employee is more productive than the employee of the employment agency, based on data provided by company Gebauer a Griller Kabeltechnik, spol. s r.o.
