The bachelors thesis deals with the subject of personal estate tax.The first chapter consists of individual terms description and their basic characteristics.The second chapter is focused on describing the above mentioned tax. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou Daň z nehnuteľnosti. Prvá kapitola bude pozostávať z vymedzenia jednotlivých pojmov a ich základná charakteristika. V druhej kapitole sme sa zamerali na charakteristiku a rozpísania dane z nehnuteľnosti. Rozložili sme jednotlivé dane ako daň z pozemkov, daň zo stavieb a daň z bytov a nebytových priestorov.
