Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výhody obhájce na úrovni komunální politiky se zaměřením na post starosty ve vybraných obcích v České republice, konkrétně v okrese Šumperk. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the incumbency advantage at the municipal level focusing on mayors in selected municipalities in the Czech Republic, specifically in the Šumperk district. Incumbency advantage was researched in a sample of 78 municipalities in election 1994, 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014.
