Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce „Skladové hospodářství v podniku Trestles, a.s.“ je věnována problematice řízení zásob. V teoretické části je definována logistika, popsány její základní funkce, druhy zásob a jejich systémy řízení. V praktické části je představen podnik a jeho výrobní činnost. Dále je analyzován podnikový systém a odhaleny jeho nedostatky. Poslední části je aplikace teoretických poznatků na řízení zásob. Na základě vybraných metod jsou spočteny pojistné zásoby podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis: “Stock holding in the company TRESTLES, a.s. in Karviná ” is problems of inventory management. The first, theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of logistics, function of logistics, stock categories and models of inventory management. In the second practical part the company and its productive activity is described. In the third part there is company system analyzed and its insufficiency revealed. In the last part there is an application of theoretical knowledge on the inventory management. Safety stock levels of goods are calculated on the basis of selected methods.
