Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ocenění podniku MPL a.s. vybranou oceňovací metodou.V první části diplomové práce jsou vymezena teoretická východiska oceňování podniku. Jsou definovány pojmy podnik, kategorie hodnoty podniku, koncepce oceňování, důvody ocenění a oceňovací metody. Následně je popsán postup při oceňování podniku. The thesis is focused on the valution of company MPL a.s. selected valuation method. The theoretical methods for valuation of company, category of company value, concept of valuation, valuation reasons and valuation methods are defined.
