Matrix organization structure and optimization of its processes
Abstract:
This thesis compares organizational structures which are available in today's management with focus on matrix type of organizational structure. The second part of the thesis deals with optimization of processes in matrix type of organizational structure and demonstrates optimization of CRISP process used by IBM.
Abstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá porovnaním organizačných štruktúr, ktorý moderný manažment používa so zameraním sa na maticový typ organizácie. Druhá časť práce je venovaná optimalizácii procesov v maticovom type organizácie a demonštrácii optimalizácie procesu CRISP spoločnosti IBM.
