Bullying a teacher

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce přináší informace o tom, jak probíhala šikana jedné učitelky na dvou základních školách. Informuje o závažnosti a neinformovanosti o této problematice nejen pro oběť, ale i pro společnost. Zaměřuje se na prožitek učitelky a porovnání šikany obou základních škol a na řešení šikany na pracovišti. V teoretické pasáži se v první části věnuji vymezení pojmů kultura školy, klima školy, atmosféra a osobnosti vedoucího pracovníka a učitele. V druhé části se věnuji obecně pojmu šikana a v poslední části pojmu mobbing a bossing, tedy šikaně na pracovišti. V praktické části se věnuji kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který jsem na téma šikany učitelky realizovala. Zde popisuji výzkumné otázky, výzkumný subjekt a metodu, kterou jsem při získávání dat použila. Dále přináším zhodnocení dat a informace o případech na obou školách a v poslední části navrhuji možné řešení šikany na školách.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis provides information about a teacher bully at two different schools. It informs about the seriousness and ignorance of this issue, not only for the victim but also for society. The thesis focuses on the teacher's experience with bullying and its comparison at both primary schools and also on the solution of this problem at the workplace. In the theoretical part, I deal with the definition of school culture, school climate, and environment, and leader's and teacher's personalities. The second part is dedicated to the concept of bullying in general. The last part belongs to two specific topics dealing with bullying at the workplace - mobbing and bossing. In the practical part, I focus on qualitative research, which I carried out on the topic of bullying teachers. There I describe the research questions and, research subject, and the method I used to obtain the data. I also bring data evaluation and information about cases in both primary schools. In the last part, I suggest a possible solution to bullying in schools.
