Determinig the value of share in SKANSKA Transbeton, s.r.o.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty 51% podílu ve společnosti SKANSKA Transbeton, s.r.o ke dni 31. 12. 2014. Součástí práce je strategická analýza, finanční analýza, analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a samotné ocenění. Zvolenou metodou ocenění je výnosová metoda DCF equity a metoda tržního porovnání ve variantě srovnatelných podniků.
Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to determine the market value of 51 % share on SKANSKA Transbeton, Ltd. as of 31 December 2014. The thesis consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, key value drivers prognosis, financial plan and valuation, as well. In order to obtain the objective, DCF equity valuation method and market comparison method were used.
