Cílem mé diplomové práce je analyzovat finanční rizika ve společnosti XYZ, s. r. o. a následně navrhnout systém jejich řízení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, v jsou zachyceny názory různých autorů na problematiku řízení rizik, následuje analytická část, ve které je společnost představena, provedena finanční analýza, ale také analýza odběratelů i dodavatelů. The aim of diploma thesis is to analyze the financial risks of XYZ Ltd., and then propose a system of management. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, the views are captured by different authors on the issue of risk management, followed by an analytical part, which the company introduced, financial analysis, but also an analysis of customers and suppliers.
