Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením nových podmínek pro poskytování spotřebitelského úvěru v České republice. This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of new conditions for the provision of consumer credit in the Czech Republic. It analyzes the new conditions in terms of suitability for both financial service providers and consumers, it also describes the effects of the new legislation on the parties involved.
