Phases of Self-defense Situation
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze jednotlivých fází sebeobrany. Největší pozornost je věnována post-konfliktní fázi sebeobrany a jejím psychologickým a právním aspektům. Tato práce také obsahuje stručný úvod do sebeobrany a vymezení pojmů okolností vylučujících protiprávnost.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with analysis of individual selfdefence phases. The main attention is paid to the post-conflictual selfdefence phase and its psychology and law aspect. This thesis is including the brief introduction of selfdefence and the definition of circumstances eliminating ilegality.
