Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu s částečně vegetační střechou v úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol. První z kapitol pojednává o typologických zásadách návrhu bytového domu. Tato část se zabývá umístěním bytového objektu do území, stavebně technickými a funkčními požadavky a bezbariérovým užíváním bytových domů. Další kapitola se zabývá problematikou zelených střech. Je v ní obsažena historie vegetačních střech, jejich výhody a nevýhody, typy střech a ozelenění a jejich funkční vrstvy. V aplikační části je řešena architektonická studie bytového domu umístěného ve vybrané lokalitě a následně vypracována projektová dokumentace v rozsahu zadání diplomové práce a tepelně technické posouzení budovy. Výsledkem této práce je návrh bytového domu, který by mohl přispět k řešení problému nedostatku bytů v obci a vysoké ceny nájemného, která je způsobena převisem poptávky po bytech nad jejich nabídkou. Zároveň by část střechy s vegetací pomohla k rozšíření zelených ploch na stísněném pozemku v centru obce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of an apartment building with a partially green roof at the level of documentation for the construction. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of two main chapters. The first of the chapters is focused on the typological principles of the design of an apartment building. This part deals with the location of the residential building, technical and functional requirements for apartment buildings and barrier-free use of apartment buildings. The next chapter is focused on green roofs. It includes the history of green roofs, their advantages and disadvantages, different types of the roofs and vegetation and their functional layers. The application part deals with an architectural study of the apartment building located in a selected location, project documentation in the scope of the diploma thesis assignment and thermal technical assessment of the building. The result of this work is the design of the apartment building, which could contribute to solving the issue of lack of apartments in the city and the high price of rent, which is caused by the excess demand for apartments over their supply. At the same time, part of the roof covered with vegetation would help to expand the green areas on the cramped land in the city center.
