Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou výživy v prevenci komplikací diabetu mellitu 2. typu. V teoretické části se věnuje jak epidemiologii, diagnostice a screeningu diabetu, tak popisuje průběh onemocnění od jeho diagnózy. V práci jsou uvedena specifika výživy a léčebných opatření, která vedou k redukci rizika a progrese chronických komplikací tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část se zabývá několika kazuistikami …more

This bachelor thesis deals with a question of nutrition, that plays very important role in prevention of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications. The theoretical part attends to epidemiology, diagnostics and screening of diabetes and also describes process of this desease from the moment of its diagnosis.
