Logistics of a production process with the focus on confectionery production
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou logistických procesov v oblasti výroby cukroviniek. Obsahuje teoretické predpoklady, systémovú analýzu, identifikáciu nedostatkov a príčin ich vzniku pomocou Ischikawa diagramu, navrhovanú zmenu výrobného programu a navrhovanú zmenu v plánovaní výroby.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deal with analysis of logistics processes in confectionery production. It contains theoretical assumptions, system analysis, identification of deficiencies, causes of these deficiencies. Using Ischikawa diagram, it explains suggested change of production program and scheme change in production planning.
