Transformation of business processes into feasible processes

Abstract:

V této práci se autor zabývá transformací business procesů do proveditelných procesů. Cílem práce je návrh obecného postupu takové transformace do workflow systému Camunda, na základě metodiky MMABP. Cíl práce je naplněn v postupných krocích, nejdříve jsou představeny obecné informace k business procesům, k modelování business procesů a jsou také představeny konkrétní metodiky. V další části je podrobně popsána metodika MMABP, její principy, úrovně pohledu a diagramy, které využívá. Poté je představen workflow systém Camunda. Stěžejní částí práce je poté formulování obecného postupu transformace a samotná transformace namodelovaných business procesů do proveditelných procesů v Camunda, včetně zhodnocení provedené transformace a zhodnocení navrhovaného postupu. Z výsledků mimo jiné vyplývá, že transformace na základě navrženého obecného postupu je skutečně proveditelná, a že je Camunda vhodný nástroj pro transformaci do proveditelných procesů.

Abstract:

In this work, the author deals with the transformation of business processes into feasible processes. The aim of the work is to propose a general procedure for such a transformation into the Camunda workflow system, based on the MMABP methodology. The goal of the work is fulfilled in successive steps. Firstly, general information on business processes, business process modeling and specific methodologies are presented. In the next part, the MMABP methodology, its principles, levels of view and the diagrams it uses are described in detail. Then, the Camunda workflow system is introduced. The key part of the work is then the formulation of the general transformation procedure and the actual transformation of the modeled business processes into feasible processes in Camunda, including the evaluation of the performed transformation and the evaluation of the proposed procedure. The results show, among other things, that the transformation based on the proposed general procedure is really feasible and that Camunda is a suitable tool for transformation into feasible processes.
