Práce se zabývá problematikou klamání, a to jak v právu proti nekalé soutěži tak v lidském jednání vůbec. Pojednává v této souvislosti zejména o jednotlivých skutkových podstatách nekalé soutěže (speciálních i tzv. soudcovských), stejně jako o úpravě ve směrnici č. 2005/29/ES, o nekalých obchodních praktikách. The graduation thesis deals with the issue of deception both in the unfair competition law and in human behavior in general. In this respect, it focuses mainly on individual provisions against unfair competition (those included in the Commercial Code and those based on the case-law) and on the provisions of the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive no. 2005/29/EC.
