Vliv údržby na tržní hodnotu nemovitosti

The Impact of Maintenance on the Market Value of the Property
Abstract:
V první části této bakalářské práce se zabývám všemi aspekty údržby o nemovitost , které chrání a prodlužují životnost budov , rodinných domů, hal, rekreačních objektů apod. V druhé části bakalářské práce jsem zpracovala ocenění dvou nemovitostí - bytové jednotky a bytového domu. V poslední části jsem provedla analýzu trhu s nemovitostmi pro lokalitu Příbram.
Abstract:
The first part of this bachelor`s thesis focuses on all aspects of the real-estate maintenance, which protect and extend the lifespan od buildings, family houses, warehouses, recreational buildings and others. The second part of the thesis consists of the appraisal of two real estate properties – an appartment and appartment house.
