Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s rakovinou jazyka?, se zabývá informovaností zdravotnického personálu, související s prováděním ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s daným onemocněním. Teoretické část bakalářské práce je okrajově zaměřena na anatomii, která je pro lékaře důležitým ukazatelem včasného stanovení diagnózy, přičemž pozornost je zde věnována především etiologii, diagnostice,ošetřování pacienta s tracheostomií a nasogastrickou sondou, terapii, psychické stránce pacienta, bolesti aprevenci. Dále jsou zde zmíněny nežádoucí účinky chemoterapie. V praktické části bakalářské práce je analyzován rozsah vědomostí zdravotnického personálu, týkající se faktorů, které rakovinu jazyka způsobují, způsob vzniku této formy rakoviny a postupu léčby pacienta s karcinomem jazyka. Rozsah vědomostí zdravotnického personálu je vyhodnocen na základě kvantitativní metody průzkumu a to formou dotazníku. Pro přehlednost jsou výsledky dotazníkového šetření prezentovány prostřednictvím tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis named ?Specification of nursing care devoted to patient diseased with tongue cancer? deals with the knowledge of medical staff connected with the nursing care of this kind of patient. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis is tangentially focused on anatomy that is important indicator for attending doctor to determine the diagnosis in time, another lines are mainly directed at etiology, diagnosis, nursing care of patient with tracheostomy and sondenasogastrique, therapy, psychological treatment of patient, pain and prevention. At the same part undesirable effects of chemotherapy are mentioned as well. The practical part of bachelor thesis analyses the knowledge range of medical staff relating to causes of tongue cancer, its origin and the process of treatment of patient diseased with tongue cancer. The knowledge range of medical staff is evaluated via quantitative method of exploration, questionnaire survey. Results obtained from questionnaire survey are presented via tables and graphs for better overview.
