Presumption of innocence: prejudices and stereotypes
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá předsudky a stereotypy v rámci presumpce neviny. Konkrétně se tato práce věnuje studiu těchto pojmů ve dvou vybraných prostředích. Jedná se o prostředí rodinné a pracovní. Pro výzkum byla vybrána reálná kauza úniků na dani z přidané hodnoty a s tím souvisejícím trestním stíháním ze spáchání přečinu maření úkolu úřední osoby.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with prejudices and stereotypes in the context of the presumption of innocence. Specifically, this work devotes to the study of these concepts in the two selected environments. This is the environment of family and work.
