Project in the area of tourism requesting support from the EU funds

Abstract:

Předložená práce obsahuje teoretické i praktické poznatky z oblasti projektového plánování. Zabývá se formulací veřejně prospěšného projektu od studie příležitosti po analýzu nákladů a přínosů. Hlavním záměrem projektu je rozvoj cestovního ruchu v oblasti, vytvoření ucelené nabídky pro cestovní ruch a rozvoj a obnova venkova. Studie proveditelnosti specifikuje detaily projektu, od marketingové studie po technické řešení projektu, řeší možná rizika i varianty financování. Naleznete zde využití nástrojů jako je WBS, logický rámec, Ganttův diagram či stanovení kritické cesty. Práce neopomíná upřesnit ani provozní část projektu, důležité činnosti pro dodržení podmínek získané dotace a udržitelnosti projektu. Podán je ucelený přehled možností získávání dotací z EU. Nastíněno je několik variant podpory, dle specifických podmínek projektu. Práce vychází z poznatků zahraniční literatury, ale i praxe zkušených odborníků. Projekt je připraven k podání žádosti o podporu z EU.

Abstract:

Presented thesis uses theoretical and practical approaches to project planning. It deals with the formulation of public good project from opportunity study to cost-benefit analysis. The main objective of the project is to develop tourism in the area, to create complete touristic offer and to support (to contribute to) rural development and renewal. Feasibility study specifies project details from the marketing study to the technical project, addresses possible risks and options for financing. You will find the use of tools such as WBS, logical framework, Gantt chart and the critical path. The work does not forget to specify the operating part of the project, important activities for compliance with the grant conditions and important issues of project sustainability. It contains comprehensive overview of the possibilities of access to the EU grants. There are outlined several support options, according to the specific project conditions. The work is based on the knowledge of foreign literature, but also on the practice of experienced professionals. The project is ready to apply for support from the EU structural funds.
