Abstract:

Tato práce zhodnocuje možnosti prevence kriminality u dětí a mladistvých s cílem určit nejvhodnější způsob takovéto prevence a zjistit nejčastější příčinu předmětného druhu kriminality u dětí a mladistvých. Shrnutím základních poznatků o efektivních metodách a opatřeních v rámci systému a organizační struktury prevence v podmínkách ČR a dále provedeným expertním šetřením na vybraném vzorku příslušníků PČR, byla jako nejčastější příčina kriminality u dětí a mladistvých určena nevhodná rodinná výchova, včetně nekvalitního rodinného zázemí. Jako nejvhodnější preventivní opatření, které povede ke snížení kriminality u dětí a mladistvých práce vyhodnocuje zkvalitnění rodinné výchovy.

Abstract:

This paper explores the possibilities of crime prevention in children and adolescents in order to determine the most appropriate way of such prevention and to identify the most frequent cause of this type of crime in children and adolescents. By summarizing of the basic knowledge about effective methods and measures within the system and the organizational structure of prevention in the Czech Republic and the expert survey carried out on a selected sample of members of the Czech Police this paper concluded, that the most frequent cause of criminality in children and adolescents was the inappropriate family education, including low-quality family background. As the most appropriate preventive measure to reduce crime in children and adolescents, it evaluates the improvement of family education.
