Abstract:
Cílem práce byla molekulární charakterizace etb-pozitivních plazmidů 10 vybraných kmenů Staphylococcus aureus izolovaných v České republice. Při řešení diplomové práce byla využita metoda REAP, PCR, klonování a bioinformatická analýza naklonované sekvence plazmidové DNA. Abstract:
The objective of this study was molecular characterization of etb-positive plasmids from a representative set of 10 Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated in Czech Republic. Methods REAP, PCR, cloning and bioinformatic analysis of plasmid unknown sequence were used.
