My thesis work is based on a study of complete recovery from Achilles tendinopathy. I have chosen two manual methods to asses which of the two is more effective, without resorting to any instrumental method and to allow the tendon to recover faster not only the daily gesture, but also in sports performance in the person who practice sport at agonistic level. Il nostro lavoro di tesi sperimentale si basa su uno studio dell?efficacia di trattamento manuale della tendinopatia Achillea. Proponiamo l?utilizzo e il confronto tra due metodi esclusivamente manuali, il cui fine ? quello di permettere all?atleta di recuperare pi? velocemente non solo il gesto quotidiano, ma anche la performance sportiva a livello agonistico.
