Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem právních pojmů v občanském zákoníku z roku 2012 (zákon č. 89/2012 Sb.). The diploma thesis deals with the institute of legal concepts in the Civil Code of 2012 (Act no 89/2012 Coll.). Legal concepts are the most important part of legal language and the basic element of legal thinking. Said Civil Code brings along a large number of legal concepts, which are new for us.
