Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a je zaměřena na komunikaci a krizovou komunikaci. Master's thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on scientific literature and is focused on communication and crisis communication.
