The material flows in a company selected business.

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na zmapování hmotných toků v podniku Epcos s. r. o. v kontextu jeho spolupráce s dalšími články dodavatelského systému. Nejdříve je zde charakterizován vývoj logistiky k integrovaným logistickým systémům. Dále je zde specifikován dodavatelský systém, jsou zde popsány jeho prvky a vlastnosti, metody spolupráce v dodavatelském systému a systémy využívané při řízení dodavatelského systému. V praktické části je identifikován dodavatelský systém z pohledu podniku Epcos s. r. o., jsou zde popsány hmotné a informační toky, určeny užívané metody řízení materiálových toků a způsoby spolupráce s jeho nejbližšími dodavateli a odběrateli.

Abstract:

This work is focused on mapping the material flows in the company Epcos s. r. o in the context of its co-operation with other elements of the supply system. First there is characterization of the development of integrated logistics systems. Furthermore there is a specified supply system that describes its features and characteristics, methods of co-operation in the supply system and the systems utilized in the management of the supply system. The practical part is identified by the supply system from the perspective of the company Epcos s. r. o. and there are described material and information flows, determined used methods of material flow management and ways of co-operation with its closest suppliers and customers.
