Abstract:
Stratifikace pacientů před plicním výkonem umožňuje predikci rizika vzniku pooperačních plicních komplikací a mortality. K predikci může sloužit i sklon křivky poměru minutové ventilace k produkci oxidu uhličitého (VE/VCO2). Pulmonary postoperative complications and mortality could be assesed and predicted prior to lung surgery with proper risk stratification. Ventilatory effi-cienci, defined as a slope of minute ventilation to carbon-dioxide production (VE/VCO2) could be used for this prediction.
