Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dohodou o vině a trestu, jako součástí českého trestního řízení. Hlavním cílem mé práce je popsat využití dohody o vině a trestu v praxi, dále porovnat využití dohody s jinými zeměmi a navrhnout legislativní změny, které by pomohly tomu, aby se tento institut používal více. The thesis deals with plea bargain as a part of Czech criminal proceeding. My work aims to describe utilization of plea bargain in real cases and to compare Czech and foreign form of plea bargain and try to suggest the amendment of certain section of law that could contribute to the overall improvement and increase the use of the plea bargain in the Czech Republic.
