MBTA therapy (mixture of mannan-BAM, Toll-like receptor agonists and anti-CD40 antibody) is a cancer immunotherapy developed by Dr. Ženka. This thesis investigates options of MBTA therapy in combination with glutamine metabolism inhibitor 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON).
